Sumitomo高純淨臭氧水產生器是由Sumitomo的臭氧產生器與臭氧分解設備組合而成。
其原理是將臭氧分解後溶於超純水中。


Sumitomo ozonized ultra pure water generator consists of Sumitomo's clean ozone generator
and ozone dissolution tool to dissolve ozone gas in ultra pure water.

Sumitomo臭氧產生器採用平板式放電Cell,將其導電後把氧氣轉換成臭氧。
所產生的臭氧濃度超過400g/m3(N)，是業界最高規格。

Sumitomo's ozone generator adopt the flat plate type discharging cell which convert oxygen to ozone by electric power.
The ozone concentration is over 400g/m3(N) which is at the top-class in the market.
